The Refill Shoppe®, a beloved eco-conscious retailer serving its community for over a decade, offers thoughtfully curated, sustainable bath, body, home, and cleaning products — many of them bulk or customizable. As the business continued to evolve, Michelle wanted to migrate her full Lightspeed stack (ecommerce + POS) to Shopify Ecommerce and POS Pro. She initially attempted the migration herself using Matrixify and GPT, but quickly ran into severe data issues:
- Thousands of duplicate records created during import attempts

- Accurate historical data continuity, ensuring Michelle could continue on Shopify exactly where she left off on Lightspeed — without losing any critical business information
