What type of brands do you work with?
We only work with real independent brands that we personally vet. You can also invite brands that you already have a pre-established partnership with. The brands you invite won’t get charged anything.

How do I sign up for your platform?
Simply fill out the early access form and we’ll send over the Sign Up link right after.

What are the fees for using your platform?
We’re passionate retailers just like you, so we know how challenging it can be. That’s why we only charge when you generate sales; 2.9% per sale. If you don’t sell anything you don’t pay. No strings attached and no contract required.

What kind of products can I find on your platform?
You can find a wide range of products, with a focus on home decor, fashion and cosmetics. We’re prioritizing brands with clear values that you can relate to.

How do I purchase products on your platform?
You can create partnerships with the brands with a percentage revenue split via dropship (online consignment) or physical consignment terms. Whenever you feel ready to transition to a wholesale relationship you can do that through us as well.

What are the shipping and delivery options?
We don’t currently offer Matagora shipping. We’ve worked hard to ensure that order fulfillment happens directly within your Shopify dashboard, which allows you to use the best shipping aggregator you can find from the Shopify database. We are, however, seeking 3PL partners - stay tuned for updates.

Can I request custom products from brands on your platform?
You certainly can! You can collaborate with your brand partners however you’d like, thanks to a seamless chat possibility and other features to make any kind of collaboration a breeze.

How do I manage my partnerships with brands on your platform?
You get to set your store partnership terms and conditions, which your brand partners need to fulfill. Your brand partner and you can agree on the percentage revenue split in a dropship/consignment scenario. The brand has the final say, however.

Do you offer any support or training for using your platform?
Absolutely! We’re always available for a tour of our platform or to chat about any support related issues. We appreciate and seek out any and all interactions with you!

How do I get my brand listed on your platform?
Start by filling out the Sign Up form and we’ll reach out to you directly. If we see a good fit, we’ll send you a link to logon to our platform where you’ll be prompted to create a brand catalog. With a Shopify integration your catalog will be filled automatically. You can then look it over for final touches.

What are the fees for listing my brand on your platform?
We don’t charge anything, nor will we ever charge any fees to list your brand on our platform.

What are the benefits of listing my brand on your platform?
You gain instant access to a network of online and offline stores from North-America looking to potentially partner up with you. You’ll also have access to all the integration features to put those collaborations on auto-pilot.

How do I set up my products on your platform?
You don’t have to upload your products manually. Thanks to our Shopify integration we can instantly get your products setup on Matagora!

What are the payment and commission structures for selling on your platform?
We only charge a commission of 2.9% per sale with a store partner you’ve connected with on Matagora. If a store has invited you to join Matagora, you do not get charged anything at all on sales from that partnership.

How do I manage my partnerships with stores on your platform?
You can set the percentage revenue split terms in a consignment/dropship relationship. While both you and your partner will determine the right terms for you both, you have the final approval. You can set the same revenue split percentage  for all the shared products, set specific percentages per product, or even set a fixed dollar amount.

As you sell with stores we accumulate the sales and analytics data directly into your Matagora dashboard. You’ll get to see how all your store partnerships are performing in one glance. We’ll make sure to provide only the most useful and relevant key performance indicators.
